Bored, bored, bored

I'm stuck in a really boring tech training session. It's geared for the technical consultants in the field, and giving them low-level details about the database diagram, how the software has changed from version to version, and how to do customizations.

None of which means a damn thing to me. I'm a support person, and don't plan on doing anything more complicated than fixing bugs.

I've been here a month, and I still am not quite sure what it is I'm supposed to be doing. Everyone else in the department seems to be incredibly busy, and I just seem to be stumbling along. There is a serious lack of communication between my manager and I, just becuase she is so busy and is never available for a quick question.

I wouldn't mind having a large project dumped on me, or even a bunch of small issues, as long as I know just what the hell it is they are looking for.
