Sure, we all read newspapers and magazines, and naturally we are reading on Web pages, but how often do we turn off the TV and computer, step away from all of the people, jobs, and everyday distractions in our life, and deliberately take the time to read a book?

Catholicism & Orthodox Christianity - Stephen F. Brown
Accounting Demystified - Leita A. Hart
A Short History of Nearly Everything - Bill Bryson
Tom Clancy's Op Center: Games of State - Steve Pieczenik
Cyborg - Martin Caidin
Good Omens - Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett
Mind you, that's not everything on my reading list. Those are just the ones I've actually read more than the liner notes. I still have a stack of books out from the library, a few shelves of books at home, and a mental checklist of ones I need to read or re-read within the next year.
So how about you? Look around your office, living room, bedroom, or bathroom, and post a comment with your own list of books-in-progress.
